PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS
BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
The STANDARD RATE includes:
- At the time of booking: A 40% deposit calculated on the total rental price from the listing.
- 30 days before the rental period begins: A 60% balance to be paid via bank transfer or credit card.
Failure to pay the balance within the specified timeframe will result in automatic cancellation of the booking, with a penalty of 100%, meaning the previously paid amount will not be refunded.
Upon receipt of the deposit, Apuliarentals will send the renter a confirmation of the booking.
Upon receipt of the balance, the renter will receive a voucher and directions to the property.
Cancellation Penalties
Cancellation of a booking, even if replaced by another, is subject to the following penalties:
- 40% of the total booking price for cancellations communicated by the renter between the 60th and 30th day before the stay begins.
- 100% of the total booking price for cancellations communicated by the renter between the 29th and 1st day before the stay begins.
- For cancellations made before the 60th day prior to the stay, the renter is entitled to a refund of the 40% deposit paid at the time of booking.
DEPOSIT AND TRAVEL ASSURANCE
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Security Deposit: €700 – Easy Rent Insurance Policy with coverage ranging from €1,500 to €5,000.
- Linen: Included.
- Final Cleaning Fee: €280.
- Wi-Fi Internet: Included.
- Air Conditioning: Included.
- Deposit: 40% of the final price at the time of booking.
- Tourist Tax: €2 per night per person, to be paid on-site.
