PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS
STANDARD RATE POLICY
The STANDARD RATE includes the following payment terms:
- At the time of booking: a 40% deposit, calculated on the total rental price according to the official rate.
- Within 30 days before the start of the rental period: the remaining 60% balance, to be paid by bank transfer or credit card.
Failure to pay the balance within the specified deadline will result in the automatic cancellation of the reservation, with the right to apply a 100% penalty, corresponding to the amount already paid.
Upon receipt of the deposit, Apuliarentals will send the guest a booking confirmation.
Upon receipt of the balance, the guest will receive a voucher and directions to reach the property.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The cancellation of a booking — even if replaced by another — entails the payment of the following penalties:
- 40% of the total booking amount for cancellations made between 60 and 30 days before the start of the stay;
- 100% of the total booking amount for cancellations made between 29 and 1 day before the start of the stay;
- For cancellations made more than 60 days before the start of the stay, the guest is entitled to a refund of the 40% deposit paid as confirmation of the booking.
