ABOUT THE VILLA
In an excellent location in the centre of Ostuni, the studio apartment “Voltabianca Suite” is situated on street level and boasts a beautiful, modern interior.
The recently renovated apartment, which has maintained part of its traditional style, consists of a living area with a sofa bed for one person, a small kitchen with a single stove, a sleeping area as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people.
The bathroom and the kitchen can be accessed via 2 small wooden doors on the right side of the apartment. Furthermore, the child-friendly apartment includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning, cable television.
Due to its excellent location, shops, restaurants, bars and cafes can be reached on foot in less than 5 minutes and the nearest supermarket is located is a mere 1-minute walk away (83 m). The historical centre is also only a 6-minute walk way (550 m). Lamaforca beach awaits your visit a 14-minute drive away (11.5 km) where you relax on the soft, white sand.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS
TERMS OF PAYMENT VALID FOR RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATIONS
STANDARD RATE: The booking form contains the amounts and dates of the different payments due to complete the reservation, as follows:
• To be paid at the time of booking: 100% as DEPOSIT calculated on the rental listed price;
The cancellation of a booking, even if replaced by another one, has the following penalties:
• 40% of the total booking price in case of cancellation communicated by the customer between the 60th and the 30th day from the beginning of the stay;
• 100% of the total price of the reservation in case of cancellation communicated by the customer between the 29th and the 1st day from the beginning of the stay;
• For cancellations received before the 60th day of the start of the stay, the customer is entitled to a refund of 40% paid as a deposit to confirm the booking.
RESERVATIONS MADE LESS THAN 30 DAYS FROM THE BEGINNING OF STAY
For reservations made less than 30 days from the beginning of the stay, the clients have to proceed with a single payment of the total amount of the rental at the time of the booking. The terms of payment will be the same as those in the normal booking procedure.
