Located in a position overlooking the Adriatic coast, a short drive from Ostuni and the Torre Guaceto Nature Reserve, Villa Aspri is a perfectly finished estate that combines sophisticated environments and varied outdoor areas: the perfect setting for convivial meetings. with family or friends.

The rooms of Villa Aspri are divided into 3 independent houses: the 'TRULLO', the 'LAMIA' and the 'VILLA'. Everything is enriched by a large central infinity pool of 40sqm, fully furnished and equipped with outdoor showers.

The 'VILLA' is spread over two floors. On the ground floor it has double access, a patio, an equipped kitchen, a living room with a dining room overlooking the pool from the large windows and a bathroom. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, balcony and access to the terrace overlooking the sea.

The 'TRULLO' of the Saracen type, offers a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and minibar.

The 'LAMIA' located next to the trullo, is organized as an independent studio apartment offering a kitchen overlooking the pool, a double bed with en-suite bathroom and open space.

The villa is equipped with housekeeping service and daily 2h Housekeeping that will brighten your stay and ensure maximum relaxation.

The layout is ideal for ensuring the right privacy for all guests, groups of friends or large families. The exterior is equipped and embellished with design furniture and traditional objects, shaded areas with dining tables and chairs, and a barbecue with external sink.

The property guarantees free parking inside the property which is accessed via an electric gate.

The sea is about 1km away, easily reachable by car / bike the splendid Torre Guaceto Nature Reserve which is the closest beach.
