EASYRENT by EuropAssistance (Mandatory)

The new "Easyrent" guarantee protects you and allows you to have a tranquil holiday. it is an insurance coverage developed in partnership with EuropAssistance which replaces the security deposit and which is therefore mandatory. The benefits of this guarantee are:

you are protected in the case of eventual damage to the property caused accidentally during your stay (up to the maximum limit of 5.000 euro);
you avoid any dispute on the responsibility of the damage and its quantification during check-out;
you can enjoy your villa holiday in greater tranquillity.

Stay Cancellation Guarantee due to Lockdown (Included in the price)

The final price of the reservation includes also the special coverage, guaranteed by Apuliarentals, in the event that you are forced to cancel your stay in the 30 days prior to the scheduled check-in date, due to the occurrence of at least one of the following Covid-19 epidemic containment measures officially imposed by the competent authorities:

national lockdown in Italy;
local lockdown in Italy regarding the area in which the booked villa is located ("red" area or impossible to reach due to official restrictions on free circulation);
national lockdown in your country of residence;
italian local lockdown in the Client’s Municipality or area of residence.
